this post was inspired by a conversation with a dear lady friend. the holiday party season may have just ended but there is no reason not to sparkle and shine on through the new year, especially during these winter doldrums. bare skin, sequins, feathers, pastels, jewels and headgear! i declare 2011 a year of playful party glamour, 24/7! happy new year everyone!
