Make up can do amazing and wonderful things-so can lighting & a creative photographer. These things all need to start with a canvas. I have been watching Anja Rubik for the past year and every time I see her I have to do a double take. This up & comer, with three Vogue covers in 2009 under her belt, is a serious changeling. She can go from classic beauty, to conventional blonde, to something absolutely new & refreshing in the click of a shutter. Here are some of my favorite shots of the past year.
